Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of LibertyCorpora, including its public editorial content, account features, bookmarks, Q&A, and related services.
1. Purpose and acceptance
By accessing or using LibertyCorpora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the service. These Terms apply to all pages, articles, accounts, bookmarks, Q&A features, and related product-introduction pages operated under LibertyCorpora.
2. Service description
LibertyCorpora is a premium editorial and research platform publishing market, macroeconomic, technology, business, and long-form essay content in multiple languages. Current features include public reading, localized navigation, account sign-in, bookmarks, My Page, and Q&A. CompanyScope and MacroScope pages may introduce future products or services, but they do not create a paid service contract unless a separate agreement is presented and accepted.
3. Accounts and authentication
Some features require sign-in through Google or Kakao. Users are responsible for keeping their provider account secure and for all activity conducted through their signed-in session. LibertyCorpora may restrict access, remove stored items, or suspend account features when misuse, security risk, impersonation, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
4. Editorial content and permitted use
Articles, essays, images, layouts, logos, interface designs, and original analysis are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable rights. Users may read content for personal reference, share links to public pages, and quote short excerpts with clear attribution. Any systematic copying, scraping, republication, commercial redistribution, translation publication, model training use, or derivative database creation requires prior written permission.
5. User submissions
Questions, feedback, and other submissions must be lawful, respectful, and relevant to the service. Do not submit confidential information, non-public market information, personal information of others, defamatory content, spam, malware, or material that infringes third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant LibertyCorpora a non-exclusive license to use it for response, moderation, service operation, and editorial improvement.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users must not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, overload servers, automate excessive requests, impersonate others, harvest account data, manipulate Q&A workflows, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
7. No paid service at this stage
LibertyCorpora currently does not operate coins, in-app credits, paid analysis purchases, or subscription billing on this site. If paid features are introduced later, separate pricing, cancellation, refund, and consumer-protection terms will be provided before purchase.
8. Changes, suspension, and availability
The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, or editorial reasons. LibertyCorpora will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
9. No professional advice
Content on LibertyCorpora is provided for information, education, and research context only. It is not investment advice, investment recommendation, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, medical advice, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions.
10. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LibertyCorpora is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on content. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Korea, with Seoul Central District Court as the agreed court of first instance where permitted by law.
11. Amendments and contact
